According to Cardente Real Estate, Andover College has leased Foden Corner, a 19,465 s/f retail building located at the intersection of Foden and Western Ave. Andover College will be relocating their Portland campus here from its present location on Washington Avenue in Portland. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate and the tenant by Jim Harnden of Ram-Harnden Commercial Brokers.
