Peter Brown of H. Pearce Company represented the buyer Premier Holdings, LLC. Developed in 1993 for Branford Dodge, the property has been home to Lenders & Fleet Services since 2005. Premier Holdings will utilize the facility for its growing franchise which includes Premier Subaru and Premier Kia. The sale price was $1.55 million.
