Thomas King, CCIM and Richard Samberg of King & Newton, LLC Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of Beech Tree Commons Apartments for $4.75 million. Financing was provided by TD Bank.
The property is located on 4.53 acre site located just out side of the Central Business District. The site is improved with eight detached one story wood framed apartment buildings on a campus like grounds.
The complex contains a total of 66 units with each unit having stoves, refrigerators, disposals, and air conditioners.
The seller was Beech Tree Commons, LLC and the buyer was Beech Tree Apartments, LLC.
Also, Samberg brokered the sale of Mountain Laurel Shoppes for $1.93 million.
The property is located on 3.04 acre site and is adjacent to Enfield Town Hall, eight miles south of Springfield. The center contains a total of 24,759 s/f with 170 parking spaces.
The seller was Mary Lee Stiegler and the buyer was H & A Realty, LLC. Financing was provided by United Bank of West Springfield.
