Tinkoff brings to BR+A over 17 years of experience with a focus on healthcare, science and technology and academic projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, a presenter at multiple trade related symposiums and is an active member of ASHRAE, ASHE, HCFS, and several other professional organizations.
