According to Rod Viens, executive vice president of operations, "groSolar was founded in 1998 and is a mission-driven company dedicated to providing quality solar PV solutions and whole energy applications. O'Hara and Gercke, local Upper Valley contractors, will provide additional tenant fit-up for new space. Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the landlord and assisted the tenant with this transaction.
