Citing his rise from an intern, Bonica has demonstrated his value to the Paramount organization and the retail real estate industry, in terms of his commitment, dedication and professionalism. As a member of the retail team, Bonica represents retailers such as The Charming Shoppes, and Valvoline. He has also demonstrated his retail real estate acumen with his representation of landlord/developer clients. Bonica, a graduate of Curry College, is a member of the International Council of Shopping.
