The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Matthew Daniels, Tad Lee and Christopher Lawrence has negotiated two leases totaling 41,500 s/f representing QC Solutions and Aushon Biosystems. QC Solutions has signed a 20,000 s/f lease for its global headquarters at 29 Dunham Rd., a single-story, 70,000 s/f light manufacturing building built in 1985. Aushon BioSystems has executed a 21,500 s/f lease to relocate its headquarters from Burlington, Mass. to 43 Manning Rd. Built in 1984, 43 Manning Rd. is a two-story, 43,228 s/f light manufacturing building. Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis/New England represented the landlord, RREEF, in both transactions.
