Harry Delany, Bob Horvath, Glen Kunofsky, and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, one of the nation's largest real estate investment services firms, have successfully brokered the transaction of Battenkill Plaza. The sale was closed for $5.255 million and a CAP rate of 7.69%.
The 16,739 s/f, retail property, is located at 4733-4763 Main St. (Rte. 7A) and is tenanted by the retailers GAP and Banana Republic. The plaza is located within minutes of other national retail outlet stores including: Kenneth Cole, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, Polo/Ralph Lauren and Betsy Johnson.
Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction: Battenkill Plaza LLC, and Kleban Battenkill LLC.
