The Builders Assn. of Greater Boston will hold its 2013 Economic Forecast Dinner on January 30 at the Embassy Guest Suites, 550 Winter St. The dinner starts at 6 pm. Guest speakers include Elliott Eisenberg, economist, and Kermit Baker, senior research fellow at Harvard University's Joint Center for Housing Studies.
