Historically, the building had a strong tenant roster which includes Mama Mia's, Super Cuts, Tanning Plus and The Dance Workshop. In 2009, major improvements were made to the exterior of the property which included a new drainage system along with a new parking lot. The new owner, Bob Sennett doesn't plan any major changes to the property. Tenancy is presently at 100%. The investment sales team at The Conrad Group represented the seller and secured the buyer. According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.7 million.
