O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties completes three leases

Eric O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently completed the following deals: * IST Energy from Waltham has leased 3,550 s/f at 42 Nagog Park. The landlord, Technology Point Properties was represented by O'Brien Comm'l. * Acton Technology Park again achieves 100% occupancy. O'Brien Commercial represented landlord, O'Brien Investment Management in leasing 4,800 s/f at 12 Craig Rd. to fill the building and the park overall. * Wolfram Research Inc & Candlewick Group LLC has secured a lease at the mixed used riverfront building, 1732 Main St. in Concord. Property owner 1732 Main Street LLC was represented by O'Brien Commercial. O'Brien also directly procured the tenants.
