Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate sells 15,900 s/f for $180,000

Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Phoenix Syndicated Properties, LLC, in the recent sale of 32 Broadway St. The 15,900 s/f industrial building was sold for $180,000. The buyer, Cheticamp Holdings, LLC, will use the building as the new corporate headquarters for Kentek Corporation, a privately owned company serving the laser industry since 1983.
