Kirk Weller of Atlantic Properties represented The Dorchester Awning Company on the purchase of 9 Gallen Rd. from J&R Trust for $1.075 million. The seller was represented by Paul Durgin of Conway Commercial. Located off of Rte. 3 by Exit 8, the 24,000 s/f flex building will become the new headquarters for The Dorchester Awning Co.
