The Conrad Group has recently negotiated a lease for 3,200 s/f at 106 Longwater Dr. Consummation of this lease brings the occupancy level to 100% for the building. The new tenant, Environmental Experts, is a full service environmental firm specializing in remediation work of all types. Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group represented both parties in this transaction.
