Colonial Systems, Inc. has executed a 57,600 s/f lease to relocate its headquarters from Woburn, Mass. to 326 Ballardvale St. Building 2.   Associate Christopher Lawrence of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Colonial Systems, working with VP Thomas Aitken of NAI Hunneman who represented the landlord, RREEF.   Built in 1974 it is a single-story, 99,453 s/f industrial warehouse.
