Margaret O'Brien of CB Richard Ellis/New England's office has negotiated the lease of 51,440 s/f of office space to be built at 75 New Hampshire Ave. on the Pease International Tradeport to Newmarket International, LLC. Newmarket plans to relocate to this new, LEED-Certified building in the summer. Newmarket delivers sales, group catering and banquet software solutions to the global hospitality and entertainment industries. O'Brien represented Newmarket International in this transaction.
