DTZ, a UGL company, has appointed Todd Richardson senior vice president of business development for DTZ's Americas facilities
management business unit, which represents $1 billion in annual gross revenue throughout the United States and Canada. He will report to George Keches, DTZ's global president of facilities management.
Richardson most recently served as senior vice president of
integrated facility management sales for ABM Industries where he led a North America sales team which produced strong organic growth for the last decade. During his tenure at ABM, he helped secure contracts with some of the leading commercial, industrial, financial institutions as well as governments in North America including JP Morgan Chase, BMW, Gannett, the State of California and many others.
Over his 20-year property services career, Richardson has demonstrated a strong ability to provide innovative and cost effective facility solutions for property owners and occupiers who look to lower operating costs, increase property value and improve sustainability of their real estate. Prior to joining ABM, Richardson also held senior facilities management and real estate service roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business/Finance.
