The 55,000 s/f facility is well located with easy access to Rte. 8 highway and is owned by The Stevens Co. The new tenant, Beardsworth Group, Inc., will be utilizing the facility for their manufacturing and warehouse operations. Beardsworth will be relocating and expanding their business from Waterbury. They manufacture aerosol filling and packaging machinery.
