316 Congress St., LLC has purchased the 4,692 s/f Tally's Wholesale Tobacco Building for $600,000, located at 60 Hampshire St. from Goose Cove, LLC. The transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc and Andrew Nelson of CBRE/The Boulos Company.
