According to Rick Kimball, principal and managing director of Avison Young's New England operations, commercial real estate industry veteran Bill Sullivan has joined Avison Young New England.
Effective immediately, Sullivan becomes a vice president with Avison Young. He will continue to focus on brokerage services, including the representation of landlords, tenants and owner/investors further expanding the company's transaction services platform.
Most recently a vice president at R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., Sullivan has 17 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation. Throughout his career, he has managed and executed numerous significant transaction assignments in the Metrowest/I-495 market, including the representation of Sungard in the company's 125,000 s/f lease, as well the sale and lease of a 340,000 s/f complex in Ashland, The Ashland Technology Center. Additional noteworthy transactions include the representation of Bottom Line Exchange in an 80,000 s/f lease in Marlborough, the sale of 120 acre Hopping Brook Park in Holliston, the leasing of 85,000 s/f complex at the Appleworks in Harvard and the representation of Calarie in over 720,000 s/f of sales and lease transactions.
