E.L. Properties LLC purchased a 5,000 s/f flex/light industrial unit at 376 Dry Bridge Rd., building D1 in the Dry Bridge Commerce Park for $545,000.
The new light industrial park is set on 9 1/2 acres and will feature ten 7,500 s/f steel buildings with options for larger custom accommodations.

Each new building offers many standard features such as 12' x 14' overhead high lift doors w/openers, 20' clear span ceilings, loading dock, loading doors, three phase, fiber optics, and a standard office. Two new buildings are currently under construction.
