Franklin Pierce University's College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS) has signed a long term deal and is slated to move into 27,351 s/f in the Jefferson Mill Building located at 670 Commercial St. this month.
Moving to the third floor, CGPS relocated to this space to accommodate its growing portfolio of graduate programs and online degrees.
Franklin Pierce president James Birge said, "The move positions the University to serve students better and to expand upon our successful academic programs. The new location allows us to be move agile with space while being more responsive to the needs of students and our communities."
Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley represented the landlord, Brady Sullivan, while Franklin Pierce University represented themselves.
This transaction was a turn key build out utilizing the Brady Sullivan architectural and construction team.

The space will consist of laboratories, meeting spaces and lecture halls.
Brady Sullivan Properties owns and operates more than 3.5 million s/f of commercial space in the southern NH region and also has a significant residential division as well.
