Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Technology Point Properties, LLC, in the lease of 5,500 s/f of office and lab space at 42 Nagog Park. The new tenant is Encell Technology, Inc. Currently, there is additional office/lab and warehouse space still available in the building.
