Flayhan of The Southpoint Group arranges 1,400 s/f lease

David Flayhan, president of The Southpoint Group represented Hamilton Connections, a staffing agency with multiple offices in Conn., in arranging a 1,400 s/f lease located at 1515 Blackrock Tpke. The landlord was represented by Paul Richter of Coldwell Banker of Fairfield CT. Hamilton Connection plans on occupying the new facility on July 1.
