Matt Harvey and Joe Sciolla of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented BAE Systems in a lease of 33,450 s/f at 12-18 Hartwell Ave. BAE Systems, a national security, aerospace and information systems company, has expanded its operations at this location which is a stand alone office and research and development building. The landlord, Lexington Management, was represented in house by Steve and Adam Colangelo.
