The property is located along Great Rd. and near Rtes. 2, 27 and I-495. In another transaction, Commonwealth Realty Group, LLC d/b/a Century 21 Commonwealth leased 5,478 s/f of office space at 10 Michigan Dr., Natick. Bradley represented the property owner, Microwave Development Laboratories, Inc. New Dover Associates, Inc. was the sole broker in the lease transaction.
