I develop profitable renewable energy projects.. Currently, solar PV is the best choice for most of my clients. I also have a small portfolio of wind sites identified. Future plans include building the business by collaborating with a host of developers who are uniquely positioned to benefit from incorporating solar into their portfolios. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Garden, yoga, swim, bike, run. I also just started a new hobby of bee keeping. Favorite book or author: World Made by Hand, James Howard Kunstler Favorite movie: The Wizard of Oz. I especially like the part where the guard says: "Nobody gets in to see the Wizard, not no way, not no how." Many of the people I call on have gatekeepers with a similar message. Fortunately, as in the movie, there is eventually a way, with persistence and creativity.
