Norwalk CT Read Auerbach, senior vice president, and David Flayhan, president, both of The Southpoint Group LLC, have negotiated a long term lease for the NEA Credit Union for their new location at 250 Westport Ave. The new space, 1,969 s/f will be completely renovated and ready for occupancy late summer/early fall of this year. The Southpoint Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
