Plastic Concepts Inc. has recently purchased 20,000 s/f 2 Sterling Rd. from Edwin and Robin Brookmyer. Paul Mulroy, senior vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller and directly procured the buyer. The Brookmyer's successfully ran a business at the location as well as renting the remaining space to various businesses. They will be moving their operations out of state.
