Guardian Life Insurance has leased 4,325 s/f of office space at the Portland Match Co. Building, 65 West Commercial St. This was brokered on behalf of the landlord, JB Brown & Sons by Matthew Cardente of Cardente and on behalf of the tenant by Michael Pizzo of Commercial Props.
