Scott Hughes, president, Stephen Bradley, senior vice president, and John Hughes, associate of New Dover Associates, Inc, and Dylan Connelly, associate of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., co-brokered the sale of 468 Great Road, to PS468, LLC for $2.075 million. New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Batstone, LLC, while O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer in the sale. 468 Great Road is a multi tenanted, two-story, wood frame office building totaling 14,845 s/f with 2.87 acres. The property is located near Rtes. 2, 27 and I-495.
