CBRE/New England's capital markets team sold the Manchester Shopping Center located at 263 Depot St. (Rte. 11 & 30). The 55,700 s/f shopping center is anchored by a Price Chopper Supermarket, establishing Manchester Shopping Center as one of just two supermarket sites in the community. Kimco sold the asset to Crosspoint Associates for an undisclosed price. CBRE/New England's Chris Angelone, Bill Moylan, Nat Heald, Bruce Lusa and Dave McElroy represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
