Jones Lang LaSalle Construction has been named general contractor for lobby and entrance renovations at Two Liberty. The 67,609 s/f jewel box office building was recently purchased by CenterSquare Investment Management,the real estate investment specialist for BNY Mellon Investment Management. Located in the city's Financial District across from Post Office Sq. Park, the 11-story boutique mid-rise is undergoing the renovations to modernize the historic building.
The project features new finishes, wall coverings, extensive stone paneling and millwork. New lighting will also be installed to accent the lobby area, with new wall directories and entry railings. Build out has begun with completion scheduled for October. The architect is Dyer Brown & Associates.

Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Brad McGill said, "Two Liberty is a great building with historic charm. That's why significant consideration was given to the design. The final plan allows for the historic feel to be maintained while adding contemporary elements."
Joining Lanni on the construction team is senior superintendent David DeWolfe and estimator Drew Dana. JLLis also the leasing and property management agent on the asset. The leasing and management team is comprised of McGill, vice president Patrick Nugent, managing director Brian Barriero, and senior general manager Robin Arian.
