The premises are 4,770 s/f and include first class office as well as light assembly space. UST is a New Jersey based military and government contractor and provides comprehensive electronics design, manufacture, engineering testing repair and refurbishment services to the electronic component industry. O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
