In another transaction, Bryan Atherton, CCIM and president of Atherton & Associates, brokered the sale of a multifamily investment property at 51-53 Stony Hill Rd. in Bethel. Atherton represented both the buyer and seller in this $450,000 transaction. Renzulli Properties, LLC was the seller and a local developer was the buyer in this transaction. The 2.3 acre parcel was improved by multifamily cash flowing dwellings.
