Burgess Properties Inc. has sold the former Sterlingwear building located at 183 Orleans St. to an affiliate of Boston-based Heath Properties for $2.1 million. The highly visible five-story property sits at the entrance of Logan Airport. The prior owner, Sterlingwear, which relocated to 175 McClellan Highway after outgrowing its long-term home at 183 Orleans St., was represented in that transaction by Burgess Properties as well. Future plans for 183 Orleans St. were not available at the time of closing. Phillip Burgess, president of Burgess Properties was the sole broker.
