Cassidy Turley has leased 75,218 s/f to Samsonite at 575 West St. for a renewal and expansion lease term of five years.
Senior managing director, principal Sean Teague and associate Kate McGovern represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT while Tom Kent and Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Samsonite. 575 West St. is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.
575 West St. is a two-story, 169,432 s/f office building. It is part of The Campus at Cabot Business Park, a three building, 41 acre site totaling 384,245 s/f (formerly the Motorola Campus).
