The Massachusetts & Rhode Island chapter of the Appraisal Institute met at The Chateau Restaurant in Norwood on December 4th. The purpose was to honor Richard Dennis for his years of devotion to the appraisal industry and to install officers and directors for 2014. Also four appraisers were awarded their MAI certification.
