Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed the $500,000 sale of 130 Pond St.,(Rte. 126), to Nicholas Traiforos. The high traffic commercially zoned property will be redeveloped with the construction of a 6,000 s/f retail strip plaza anchored by Dairy Queen (DQ). DQ will be open year round with indoor seating and a drive-thru. Eric Brosler represented the seller, Vince Madrona, and Trish O'Neil represented the DQ Franchisee who purchased the one acre site. DQ plans to open late spring 2014.
