An additional 16,400 s/f has been occupied at Manchester Commons located at 375 South Willow St., bringing the total occupancy to 70%.
"We still have a ways to go on our occupancy," said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for Brady Sullivan Properties. "Signs continue to show the economy is improving."
The Commons have gone through some significant improvements since Brady Sullivan purchased the property in late 2011. Revived landscaping, replacement of staircases, upgraded lighting, and painting inside and out are just some of the improvements made by the owners.
A variety of businesses have moved in to the Commons in the past several months. Businesses include: Cellular Freedom, India Palace, Zoo Health Club, and Life Church totaling 16,400 s/f.

Manchester Commons is a 170,000 s/f mixed-use shopping center located on South Willow St. Merchants currently located at Manchester Commons include: UPS Store, Giovannis, Yuki Japanese Grill, Massage Envy, GK Nails, NH Department of Motor Vehicles and Fantastic Sams.
