SIOR members from CBRE | The Boulos Company completed the following deals:
* EA Realty, LLC purchased two buildings at 561-563 Forest Ave., totaling 11,024 s/f, from PLProperties, LLC. The purchaser will operate its endodontics practice from the former Maine Running Company building at 563 Forest Ave. 561 Forest Ave. will still be home to REVE cycling, and the first floor of office space is available on a sublease basis. Joe Porta represented the seller and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, represented the buyer.
* Apex Realty sold 13,020 s/f Plaza 29 to AIM Broadway, LLC. The new owner plans to renovate the center and lease the available suites. Greg Boulos and Porta represented the seller and Sigfridson, SIOR, represented the buyer.
* Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller, Northern New England Telephone Operations, LLC in the sale of an 11+ acre parcel at 7 Davis Farm Rd. to Pizzagalli Properties.
* Steve Hilton purchased a 12-unit, 11,526 s/f apartment building located at 505 Washington Ave. The seller, Mike Scarks, was represented by McDonald, and Derek Miller. The buyer was represented by Sigfridson.
* Wasco Products, a leading US manufacturer of skylights, is expanding its presence at the former Spencer Press building at 90 Spencer Dr. in Wells. They now occupy 124,420 s/f. Sigfridson,handled the transaction on behalf of the sublandlord, RR Donnelley.
