Brenda Litchfield, of Concord Commercial Real Estate, completed the sale of Fox Den Retirement Community to Evergreen Health Group, LLC. Fox Den is a 32-bed assisted living facility that has been operated by Steven and Cynthia Patterson since 1996. Fox Den provides private rooms and efficiency apartments along with supportive services to seniors. Litchfield and Attorney Daniel Kalinski represented the Pattersons in the sale.
