Barnes & Noble will continue to operate in the property as they have for the past twenty years. The buyer was represented by Matt Halprin, principal of New England Retail Properties, Inc., a Wethersfield, Conn. retail real estate brokerage firm. The seller was represented by LA Drinkwater and Seth Richards of Marcus & Millichap (Boston and New York offices). New England Retail Properties has been in business since 1987 and exclusively represents millions of s/f of retail space, along with several national retail tenants in all of the major markets of the Northeast.
