Malone Commercial negotiates $700,000 sale to Pete's Auto Sales

Pete's Auto Sales, Inc. has purchased the 4,400s/f building on 1.88 acres at 195 Daniel Webster Highway from OSCAP LTD for $700,000. Mark Malone, CCIM of Malone Commercial Brokers, completed the sale.
