Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC has negotiated the sale the Diamond Hill Commons Shopping Center, located at 1551 Diamond Hill Rd. The sale price was $1.7 million. The 10,000 s/f shopping center is 100% leased and occupied by Little Caesars, Cardi's Furniture, Verizon Wireless and the Armed Forces Career Center. Cambridge Capital Advisors represented the seller, AXIS Diamond Hill, LLC. The buyer was represented by Greg Herot of Club Realty.
