According to Group Boston Real Estate (GBRE), one of Boston's premiere luxury real estate agencys, the firms president, Michael Carucci, brokered the sale of 126 Woodland Rd. for a purchase price of $5.05 million. The 6 bedroom colonial home is nestled on a private 1 acre lot and is the most expensive property sold in Brookline in the past 6 months. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
