The high-end distribution facility is located off of I-91 offering state-wide access. The property is owned and managed by Benerofe Properties who has numerous holdings in Connecticut and New York. The new tenant, 3PD/XPO Logistics is a national last mile delivery service provider. They will be utilizing the facility for warehousing and expansion of their operations.
