Shea sells 2,400 s/f

Barretto Properties has purchased a 2,400 s/f free standing building at 46 Lowell Rd. Steven Barretto, manager of Barretto Properties said the building will be utilized and leased by All-Bright Systems, Inc., a commercial/residential suspended ceiling installer. The purchase price according to the Registry of Deeds was $369,000. The sale was handled by Ozzie Dacruz and Harry Shea of Shea Properties.
