With a 30-year record of success on which to base his recent appointment, Jim Merski, CPA/MBA has joined The Barkan Companies as chief financial officer. In his new position Merski oversees accounting and IT functions. Barkan manages residential communities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
