HOP760, LLC has purchased 790 Hopmeadow St., a 14,000 s/f three-story office building in the center of town for $1.1 million from 760 Partners, LLC. The building most recently served as the administrative headquarters for Simsbury Bank prior to their relocation to a larger facility in the summer of 2013. Currently the entire building is vacant and available for lease.
